Quotable
"I give a ton of credit to the defense today," Said Temple head coach Seamus O'Connor. "Ever since we switched to four defenders and two back midfielders, our defense has been very sound. Morgan Basileo also did a great job and Jordan Nash looked great when she came in so I'm very pleased with the defense as a whole."
"I'm very excited 25 of our players got to play today," said O'Connor. "They work so hard in practice and I was very excited that our starters did a great job early so that a lot of players were able to get in. It's also important that all of them obtain experience so that we can have more depth come conference play if need be."
"It was great that our players scored a lot of goals today," said O'Connor. "Once our players got alot of confidence they could put it in the back of the net, we're a very tough team to beat."
