Quotable
> "Overall I was very impressed with the way our team performed this weekend Sydney and Mallorie ran exceptionally well at Widener. Sydney specifically ran her best hurdles of the season today and if her performance is any indication of what her success will be like during her career here, I believe she has a great future ahead of her. I am also very proud of Ashton's performance today. She ran a very good 800m and it was good to see her add another great race under her belt. Julianne has been trying to work towards longer throws all season, so for her to finally break the 40 meter mark definitely boosted her confidence and showed her to let the throwing take care of itself. Kayla is also another athlete who continues to improve every week; her progress is definitely something to look forward to. We are moving into what I call the 'nuts and bolts' of the season as we approach Penn Relays and conference championships time and I look forward to continuing to see how the team develops." –Head coach Elvis Forde
