Gymnastics Adds Lorianna Leynes and Sage Littlejohn to Incoming Class
4.23.18 | Women's Gymnastics
PHILADELPHIA – Head coach Umme Salim-Beasley has announced the commitment of Lorianna Leynes and Sage Littlejohn for the incoming class of women's gymnastics student-athletes. Leynes, a gymnast from Harrisburg, Pa., and Littlejohn of Windermere, Fla., will join a group of four previous commits set to begin in August.
"Both Lorianna and Sage come from stellar gymnastics clubs," says Salim-Beasley. "We can see Lorianna making an immediate contribution to our beam lineups next season. She has a beautiful style to her beam work that the judges will appreciate. Lorianna also has the potential to add depth on vault. Sage should make an instant impact on beam and floor. Her powerful and aggressive performances will add a wow factor to our lineups."
The class of 2022 now includes Leynes (Artistic Sports Academy) and Littlejohn (Orlando Metro) along with Amara Cunningham (Galaxy), Ariana Castrence (Apollo) Taylor Newland (Universal), and Jackie Terpak (Prestige).
