Quotable
> "As a coach I'm always really sad to see a season come to an end. I never wish it away. The first thing we always look at after a game or after a season is 'can we do better as coaches.' It's what makes coaching so rewarding and challenging at the same time...Today is definitely a day to stop and celebrate this unique team and this unique group of seniors. There's plenty of time for the future and today is still about today."
> "I think to know the seniors is to know how hard they've worked over their four years in their personal journeys as well as their journeys on the field. They have been a group that is willing to play every role that this team needs and learn how to play those roles well. I have no doubt that looking back, our current team will understand how unselfish of a group they really were, and the character that they brought to our program."
-Temple head coach Bonnie Rosen
Final Notes
> Temple's five-member senior class of Gensler, Latgis, Yuko, Haile Houck and Kaitlin Suzuki is the first since the Class of 2006 to be a part of winning records in all four years of their careers.
> With 64 draw controls including two today, sophomore Kara Nakrasius finished the season tied for third all-time at Temple in a single season.Â
> Latgis finished the season with 39 caused turnovers to rank fourth all-time at Temple in a single season. With 64 caused turnovers in her career, Latgis ranks eighth all-time.
