WR Jalen Fitzpatrick caught a 45 yard pass from QB P.J. Walker to set up the Owls first TD. It was the longest reception of Fitzpatrick’s career. His 37-yd TD on the second score was the second longest reception of his career. He finished with 4 catches for 128 yards and one TD. It was Fitzpatrick’s first career 100-yard receiving game. The last Owl to accomplish that feat was Michael Campbell (11-132-2TDs) vs. Ohio on 11/16/10. The two early TDs gave the Owls a 14-0 lead as they went on to earn their first win of the season, 33-14 over Army.
