Last weekend, senior foilist Constanca Dimas earned a bronze medal during the 44th Annual Nikki Franke Classic, her second medal in as many meets this season. Dimas’ third place finish was the highest finish of any Owls' fencer, let alone the foil squad. The Portugal native earned the third best touch of score (+16) of anyTemple foilist and fifth best of any foilist during the meet in pool play. In the elimination round, Dimas moved her way through the bracket, picking up four wins, before being eliminated in the semifinals.
