During the inaugural 2010 season, Prybutok guided Otero to NJCAA Region IX regular season and postseason tournament titles, while also winning the NJCAA West District Championship and advancing to the NJCAA Division 1 National Championships as one of the final eight teams in the country in Tyler, Texas.
Otero finished the season ranked seventh in the nation with a 16-3-2 record and became the first-ever inagural NJCAA soccer program to advance to the National Championships. Otero had one player named to the All-American Team, and 11 All-Region IX selections. Prybutok was named 2010 NJCAA West District Coach of the Year.
Before his time at Otero, he was a volunteer assistant coach at Rutgers University in 2009 and was a coach for the Maine Olympic Development Coaching staff in 2009 as well.
Prybutok played his collegiate soccer at the University of Massachusetts and graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s of science in management. Hometown is Mt. Laurel, N.J., which is where he currently resides.
