All donation requests must be made at least four weeks in advance of the deadline for receiving donations. Temple Athletics reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify the request. All information must be completed for donation request to be considered.

NCAA guidelines require the following conditions be met in regards to Institutional memorabilia and autographs:

1. Memorabilia may not be donated to any organization/event/activity that involves or benefits any high school or prospective-aged individuals. High school is defined as grades 9-12.
2. Any institution may not participate in any event in which a donation will be provided to a high school, prep school, or two-year college.
3. All profit from the promotional activity or project must go directly to the requesting charity, non-profit agency or educational institution.

I understand that Temple University is under no obligation to fulfill this request. I further understand that Temple reserves the right to request the return of any donated item when guidelines are not followed.
