Temple University Athletics Cheerleader Appearance Form

This form is required for booking an appearance with members of the Temple University Cheerleading Team. Completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance. Once the form is received you will get a confirmation e-mail.
 
Below are some guidelines for an appearance of the Temple University Cheerleaders at your event:
  • Secure parking and a dressing area should be provided for the Cheerleaders. In some cases, it may be necessary to provide water.
  • Completed request forms should be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the requested appearance date. Additional fees will be charged should a request form be submitted less than four (4) weeks prior to the appearance date.
  • Once the request has been received by Temple Athletics, you will receive a phone call or an e-mail confirming or denying the request.
Fees are as follows:
4 Cheer team per hour $200
Group of 8 Cheer and/or Gems dance team + Hooter per hour: $450
Travel Fee if the event is more than 10 miles away: $50
-$50 per hour Discount for Non-Profit (501C3) Official University Organization or Corporate Partners.
All fees must be paid 24 hours prior to the appearance.
