Joan Edenborn Stiles

Joan Edenborn Stiles was a four-year participant in hockey and a two-year participant in basketball and lacrosse. She was selected to the all-College Hockey First team from 1952-55. She served as captain of the Temple hockey team and the all-College hockey team in 1955. She was also selected to the 1952 Philadelphia Hockey Third team and the 1953 Philadelphia Hockey Second team. She was selected to the Philadelphia First Hockey team from 1954-63 and played on the United States Hockey team in 1954-57, 1960, 1961 and 1963. She participated on the United States Reserve Hockey team in 1953, 1958 and 1959. She is a recipient of the Temple University Outstanding Athlete Award. She was selected to the United States Hockey touring team four times and was the all-College Hockey team assistant coach from 1957-63. She served as assistant coach in hockey and basketball at Temple in 1963 and was head lacrosse coach at Temple in 1964 and 1965.
