Men's Gymnastics Finishes Second In ECAC Championship

Philadelphia, Pa. (Mar. 19) - Temple men's gymnastics finished second in the ECAC Men's Gymnastics Championship this past weekend at
Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. Conference rival UMass, landed first place with a 224.200 with Temple finishing second
with a 220.650 and William & Mary finishing third with a 215.300.
The Owls, who are nationally ranked No. 15 won three events including floor exercise, still rings, and parallel bars, but finished
second for the second straight year. Senior Mike Moran placed second in the all-around with 56.5 points, which included a 9.925
in the still rings. Moran, who finished fourth in the all-around last year, also scored a 9.625 in the floor exercise, 9.350 in the high
bar and parallel bars, 9.2 in the vaulting, and 9.05 in the pommel horse.
