MEN'S GYMNASTICS DEFEATS SPRINGFIELD

SPRINGFIELD, MASS.-The Temple men's gymnastics team (4-3) defeated Springfield College (2-4) 206.400-202.950 at Springfield, Mass. on Sunday, Feb. 23 at Blake Arena.

Temple was led by Alex Weber, who placed first in the vault (9.050) and the parallel bars (8.550) and placed second in the all-around (50.500), David Ramos placed first in horizontal bars (9.100), Nykia White placed first in the rings (9.650) and Jason Moresi placed first on the horse (9.350).

Springfield's Tim Goetz won the all-around and placed second on the parallel bars (8.400).

The Owls will next participate in the Southwest Cup in Tempe, Arizona on March 8.
