MEN'S GYMNASTICS: OWLS' WEBER AND WHITE EARNS FIRST PLACE MARKS AT 2003 SOUTHWEST CUP

TEMPE, ARIZONA-Owls senior Alex Weber (Kutztown, Pa.) and sophomore Nykia White (Williamstown, N.C) had first place finishes at the 2003 Southwest Cup in Tempe, Arizona on Saturday, March 8. In the team results Temple placed third, behind Penn State and Illinois.

Weber, who placed first on the pommel horse (9.250) and White captured first place on the rings (9.800).

Temple (4-5) will return home to host Navy and Illinois-Chicago in a tri-meet on Saturday, March 22 at 2p.m. in McGonigle Hall.
