OHIO STATE, PENN STATE AND IOWA ADVANCE TO SATURDAY'S TEAM FINALS IN FIRST SESSION OF 2003 NCAA MEN'S GYMNASTICS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AT TEMPLE'S LIACOURAS CENTER

Stanford (212.325), Minnesota (211.325) and William & Mary (203.625) saw their team seasons come to an end on Friday afternoon.
The top three individuals on each event and three all-arounders that are not members of the three qualifying teams from each session, also advance to Saturday's competition. The Saturday session, scheduled from 4:00-7:00 p.m., will consist of team and all-around finals, as well as qualifying for event finals. Six teams and six additional individuals on each event, plus the all-around, make up Saturday's competition.
Saturday's team finals will be televised by ESPN via tape delay from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14. Chris Marlow will be the play-by-play announcer and Bart Connor will provide the color commentary.
Individual and event finals will take place on Sunday from 2:00-3:30 p.m. The top eight individuals on each event, plus an alternate, will compete.
SESSION ONE INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIERS:
All-Around: Guillermo Alvarez (Minnesota), Clay Strother (Minnesota) and Dan Gill (Stanford).
Floor Exercise: Sean Doolan (Stanford), Jeff Anderson (Air Force) and Matt McLean (Stanford).
Pommel Horse: Joseph Alberts (Minnesota), Marshall Erwin (Stanford) and Mitch Griffin (Minnesota).
Rings: Marshall Erwin (Stanford), Brian Lee (Army) and Gabriel Suarez (Minnesota).
Vault: Tim Koehler (Minnesota), Dustin Greenhill (Army) and Cade Raggio (Stanford).
Parallel Bars: Dustin Greenhill (Army), Kelly Lang (Stanford) and Ramon Jackson (William & Mary).
High Bar: Cade Raggio (Stanford), Matt McLean (Stanford) and Matt Musielak (Illinois-Chicago).
Individual tickets for the 2003 NCAA Men's Gymnastics Championships are $8 per session for Friday and $12 per session for Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are on sale at the Liacouras Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations throughout the Delaware Valley. Tickets can also be charged by phone by calling Ticketmaster at (215) 336-2000, (856) 338-9000 or (302) 984-2000. Temple students and employees can purchase tickets at a $2 discount at the Liacouras Center Box Office with a valid Temple ID.
