The 15th-ranked Owls placed ahead of Springfield (3rd, 178.750) and M.I.T. (4th, 175.450) to improve their record to 7-6.

Temple won the pommel horse with a 32.300 total behind sophomore Luke Vexler, who captured the event title with an 8.400 score.
