Vexler Highlights Owls' Individual Performances at West Point Open

WEST POINT, NY - Junior Luke Vexler collected Temple's best individual performance after placing third (8.950) in the floor exercise at the West Point Open Saturday night. Vexler also placed seventh on the parallel bars (8.150) and high bar (7.600).
Joining Vexler on the parallel bars was junior Andrew Corp's eighth place finish and 7.900 score.
Sophomore John Vogtman led the Cherry and White on the pommel horse with a fourth place (8.450) showing. Junior Sterling Kramer finished the apparatus seventh with an 8.150.
Freshman standout John McLaughlin turned in two solid performances on the rings (8.300) and vault (8.700) placing fifth in both events.
Vogtman's 6.400 was good enough for eighth on the rings while Kramer tied for the seventh spot with an 8.350 on the vault.
The Cherry and White remain on the road when they visit Columbus, Ohio and Ohio State on Saturday, February 3 at 7:00 p.m.
