Women's Cross Country Competes at Monmouth Invitational

HOLMDEL, NJ - Sophomore Rebecca Mims was the top finisher for the women's cross country team with a time of 20:28, as the Owls competed at the Monmouth Cross Country Invitational on Friday afternoon.

Mims (33rd/20:28) and freshman Karrie Finn (35th/20:34) were the only top 40 finishers for the Cherry and White. Sophomore Jennifer Berman (50th/21:20), sophomore Brianna Linneman (51st/21:23) and freshman Amy Stansbury (60th/22:50) were the other top finishers for the Cherry and White.

As a team, the Owls finished ninth out of 10 team, finishing with a score of 229. Quinnipiac finished first with a score of 44.

The Owls return to action on Friday, October 3rd to compete in the Paul Short Invitational from Bethlehem, PA.
