Former Temple Assistant Coach Tom Gibbs Inducted Into Frank Cumiskey Gymnastics Judge Hall of Fame

PHILADELPHIA - Former Temple men's gymnastics assistant coach Tom Gibbs was recently inducted into the Frank Cumiskey Gymnastics Judge Hall of Fame, the highest honor the National Gymnastics Judges Association bestows. Gibbs was an influencial part of the Temple coaching staff for nine years before retiring from the position after the 2004-05 season.
Gibbs, a graduate of Temple and former men's gymnast, is a member of the National Gymnastics Judges Association and served as Regional Technical Director of the Eastern Association from 1981 to 1996. He judged many EIGL, NCAA and USA Championships, as well as World and Olympic Team Trials.
