Jenn Dubrow leads all Temple runners for fifth time this season

Princess Anne, Md. – For the fifth straight time, freshman Jenna Dubrow was Temple's fastest runner at a meet, as she led the Owls with a finish time of 24:33 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional held at the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore on Saturday afternoon. Dubrow placed 110th out of 199 runners in the 6K race. As a team, the Owls finished 22nd overall in the 29-team race.
Villanova and Georgetown tied one another with 57 points for first place in the race, beating out West Virginia (64 points) and Penn State (90 points).
Sophomore Taylor Goldsworthy completed the race 17 seconds behind Dubrow, landing her in 126th place.
Following Goldsworthy to round out Temple's top five were sophomores Anna Pavone, Stephanie Dorantes and Erin Casey.
Pavone finished the race in under 25 minutes, giving her a 129th place finish. Dorantes took a 139th place ranking after having her second-best finish time in a 6K meet of the season (25:08)
Casey took 160th place with a finish time of 25:39, which was ahead of junior Deirdre MacFarlane (175th; 26:16) and freshman Samantha Shepard (180th; 26:23).
Next up, Temple will travel back to Van Courtlandt Park in the Bronx on Saturday, Nov. 19 for the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
