MONMOUTH, N.J. –
Temple's men's tennis squad traveled to Monmouth on Sunday, February 20. The Owls defeated the host Hawks by a 6-1 count.

and Dmitry Vizhunov

picked up where he left off in doubles and easily defeated Heads by a 6-2, 6-2 count at number one. After Monmouth got on the board with a win at third singles, the Owls went on to take every other match.
, Vizhunov and Hairston each won in straight-sets at their flights. Kacper Rams
rounded out the scoring with his win at number two by way of a super tiebreaker. Rams dropped the first set to David Sherwood, 6-4, but came back to win the second, 6-2. He then took the win with a 10-5 win in the super tiebreaker.
“The men rebounded nicely after the loss to George Washington last week,” said coach Steve Mauro
. “They came out strong today. Filip Rams
