Dubrow Leads Owls At ECAC Championships

BRONX, N.Y. – Sophomore Jenna Dubrow came back as Temple's top finisher at a meer, as she led the Owls with a 24th place time of 18:43 at the ECAC Chanpionships, held at Van Courtlandt Park on Saturday in the Bronx. As a team, the Owls placed 10th in their final meet of the cross country season.
Fellow sophomore Anna Pavone finished the course, staying consistent with her average times by placing 42nd with her time 19:02
Other finishers for the Owls were sophomore Kelly Broadbent finishing in 20:51, junior Laura Holguin 21:08, senior Rayna Kratchman with a time of 21:55, while sophomore Sam Shepard crossed the finish line in 22:06.
Phase one of Temple's running season is now in the books, triggering it to now turn their attention and preparation for indoor track and field season, which will get underway Dec. 7 at the annual Jack Pyrah Invitational.
