Men's Soccer Ranked No. 23 by Top Drawer Soccer

PHILADELPHIA – Temple men's soccer (10-3-4, 3-1-4) is now ranked No. 23 in Top Drawer Soccer's latest rankings. This marks the first time this season that the Owls have been ranked in the top 25, receiving votes in in the past two polls.
This past week, the Owls defeated Cincinnati 1-0 in double overtime on Senior Day. Senior Vaughn Spurrier scored the game-winning goal less than 30 seconds in the second overtime, securing a win in his and the six other seniors' final regular season home match of their careers. The Owls are now unbeaten in their last eight games, winning four of them.
Temple finished the regular season fourth in the American Athletic Conference and will host USF in the quarterfinals of the inaugural conference tournament this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Temple tied USF 1-1 earlier this season on Oct. 12.
