PHILADELPHIA - Temple Athletics announced the addition of Kristian Graves and James Batley
to the Owl Club staff under the guidance of Assistant Vice President and Senior Associate Athletics Director Mark Ingram
. Graves will be the Director of Campaigns, while Batley will serve as the Director of Capital Support.
arrives at Temple following nearly three years at West Chester University. As Director of Athletic Development, Graves increased major gift commitments by more than 600% in launching new campaigns for football and soccer. Graves has also served in the Corporate Sales offices at the University of Maryland and the University of North Carolina.
“I am excited to join the Owl Club staff and look forward to helping provide our student-athletes with the resources needed to excel in the classroom and build on Temple's rich athletic history,” Graves said.
Batley joins Temple from Oklahoma State University, where he supported donor relations and management as part of a team that secured $23 million in annual funding through philanthropic initiatives. Prior to Oklahoma State, Batley served as a Development Assistant at the University of Tennessee and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky.

Graves and Batley join the Owl Club at a time where donations are rising to unprecedented levels at Temple.
