PHILADELPHIA - The Temple Owl Club will be hosting a series of annual events in the spring of 2015. The 3rd Annual Football Recruiting Celebration will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 4 and Thursday, Feb. 5. The Owl Club Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, March 7. The 30th Annual Athletics Golf Classic will be held on Monday, May 18.
This year, the 3rd Annual Football Recruiting Celebration will include stops in Center City for dinner on Feb. 4, Cherry Hill for lunch on Feb. 5, and Blue Bell for dinner on Feb. 5. Registration includes food, cash bar, and the opportunity to hear Football Head Coach Matt Rhule speak on each of Temple Football's newly signed recruits. All guests will be the first to gain an insider's perspective on the next generation of Temple Owls!
The Owl Club Annual Silent Auction will be held on the main concourse of The Liacouras Center prior to the Temple Men's Basketball home game against the University of Connecticut on Saturday, March 7. The Temple Owl Club is looking for your support in 2015 as they pursue the mission to provide the best training and academic resources for Temple student-athletes. Last year, this event raised over $25,000 towards this cause and included items such as unique Temple, local and regional experiences. The 30th Annual Athletics Golf Classic will be held at Philmont Country Club on May 18. Registration will include a full round of golf, lunch, post-play dinner and a live auction. In 2014, this event raised $36,000 which directly impacts Temple student-athletes. If you would like be a sponsor for this event, please call 215-204-2363.
