Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson Invited to Sixers Mini-Camp

PHILADELPHIA - Former Temple University men's basketball standout Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson is back in town after a year playing professionally in Luxembourg and is currently part of the Philadelphia 76ers mini-camp in advance of the Samsung NBA Summer League.  

Camp sessions will take place from July 7-10 at the Sixers practice facility, located at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).  The Samsung NBA Summer League will take place at COX Pavilion and Thomas and Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas from July 11-21.  

Hollis-Jefferson averaged 15.2 points and 9.0 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game last season while playing for AB Contern in Luxembourg.  

The Chester, Pa. native (Chester HS) averaged 8.9 points and 6.1 rebounds while also dishing 112 assists and making 56 steals over 33 games as a senior at Temple during the 2012-13 season.  The 2013 Second Team all-Philadelphia Big 5 selection finished his career with 894 points, 670 rebounds, 254 assists, 153 steals and 108 blocked shots. His 670 rebounds ranks 15th on Temple's all-time list while his 108 blocks stands 10th all-time at the school.
