Ivers-Osthus Promoted to Assistant Equipment Manager

PHILADELPHIA – Temple Athletics has announced the promotion of Kane Ivers-Osthus to assistant equipment manager for football. Ivers-Osthus has served as a graduate extern in the football equipment office since January 2017.
His responsibilities include assisting the equipment manager with daily practice duties and maintenance of team equipment.
Ivers-Osthus earned his undergraduate degree in sport management from the University of Florida in December 2016. While there, he was a scholarship recipient and letter winner as a student equipment manager for three seasons with the Gators' football program (2014-16). It was during that time that he first worked with current Temple head coach Geoff Collins.
In addition, he has taken on other football roles including head equipment manager for camps and a recruiting volunteer. The Melbourne Beach, Fla. native also interned with the Rome Generals in the team's multimedia department as a part of the New York Collegiate Baseball League in the summer of 2016.
