– The Temple women's basketball team announced its complete 2017-18 schedule, with the American Athletic Conference match-ups being finalized today. The Owls will open the conference season on the road at UCF on December 30.
> The 12 members of The American will play a 16-game schedule in 2017-18.
> With the addition of Wichita State, each team will play five of its 11 opponents twice.
> The teams will play six opponents once each – three at home and three away.
HOME GAME HIGHLIGHTS
> Temple will play UCF, Cincinnati, UConn, USF, and SMU both home and away this season.
> The Owls play Houston, Memphis, and Tulsa only at home.
> Temple opens the home portion of the conference schedule on January 7 against SMU on ESPNU.
> The Owls square off against UConn in McGonigle Hall on January 21 on ESPN2.
> Temple's annual "School Day" game will be February 21 against Cincinnati in the Liacouras Center.
