Football's Armstead Named CFPA National Performer of the Week

PHILADELPHIA - Following the Owls' 59-49 victory over conference opponent Houston, RB Ryquell Armstead was named the CFPA National Performer of the Week. Armstead carried the ball 30 times for 210 yards and a career-high 6 touchdowns. With his performance, he moved up to fourth all-time in rushing yards (2,692) and third all-time in rushing touchdowns (33) for Temple.
