Men’s Tennis Sweeps Lehigh, 7-0

PHILADELPHIA— Temple men's tennis (8-6, 1-1 AAC) competed outdoors for the first time this season on Sunday morning against Lehigh. The Owls swept the Mountain Hawks, 7-0, at the TU Pavilion.
Match Notes
> With today's victory, the Owls have won three matches in four days and three straight at home.
> Temple had a strong showing across the board against Lehigh, beginning with doubles. The squad earned the doubles point with wins from Alberto Caceres Casas/Mark Wallner in the No. 1 spot and Juan Araoz/Francisco Bohorquez in the No. 3 spot.
> The Owls had a 1-0 advantage after doubles and brought that momentum into singles play. Wins from Eric Biscoveanu and Araoz at sixth and fifth singles, respectively, put Temple up 3-0.
> Temple clinched the match after a victory from Wallner in the No. 3 spot. The team continued to build upon its lead, as Uladzimir Dorash came out on top in the No. 4 spot.
