Women's Soccer Announces 2020 Spring Slate

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple women's soccer team is determined to capitalize on their offseason training and continue to develop with four spring matches under the direction of their new head coach, Nick Bochette. The Owls' 2020 spring schedule will consist of three games against local opponents along with an appearance in the fifth annual City-6 tournament to finish out their spring slate.

"We're really looking forward to getting into our spring schedule," said head coach Nick Bochette. "The team has been working hard and adopted a fantastic mentality when it comes to training, and we're looking forward to being able to assess our short-term progress against some excellent programs. While our focus will remain on daily improvement, these matches will push us to grow and discover who it is that we intend to be."

Bochette and the Owls will debut their spring schedule on Sunday, March 22 when they travel to up to Penn State to take on the Nittany Lions. The Owls will then host the Saint Joe's Hawks on Friday, March 27 at the Temple Sports Complex for their sole home match of the spring.

To round out the season, Temple will go on the road to face Rider on Saturday, April 4 at Ben Cohen Field. The Owls will have a two-week hiatus from competition before facing a slew of local opponents at Villanova's City-6 tournament on Saturday, April 18 to conclude their spring slate.
