Temple Athletics Statement Regarding Spring Sports Competition

In light of Temple University's decision to move to online and alternative learning methods effective March 16 for health and safety reasons due to concerns over the recent spread of the COVID-19, Temple Athletics will limit attendance at all home athletics contests to essential personnel and immediate family members of student-athletes.  In addition, Temple's Cherry and White Fan Fest, scheduled for April 4, has been canceled and varsity sports in non-championship seasons will be suspended for at least the next two weeks.  The health and well-being of our student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans is of paramount concern and we will continue to monitor the situation and take additional actions if warranted.
