"Cherry & White Classic" Series Begins Tonight

PHILADELPHIA — Over the next few weeks, Temple Athletics will be taking a look back at some of the Owls' biggest wins over the past few seasons, re-airing the games live on YouTube.

The "Cherry & White Classic" series kicks off tonight, March 27, with football's 2015 win over Penn State. The victory was the first for the Owls over the Nittany Lions since 1941. Temple would go on to win its first seven games of the season and enter the national rankings for the first time since 1979.

All games will air live on Temple's official YouTube channel (link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcZHdlAqyXOhIZONkPIaI1w). Fans can access this page via desktop or mobile devices, as well as AppleTV, Chromecast, Fire TV, and Roku. In the Philadelphia area, XFinity customers can use their voice remote to search "Temple University Athletics on YouTube," and Verizon Fios customers can access YouTube through their widgets.
