Owlsports.com caught up with Lowell as she finishes her final semester at Temple.

In the book of your life, what’s the title of the Temple chapter? "What’s Going On?"

What’s the best part about being a member of the lacrosse team at Temple/what will you miss the most? My teammates and friends. I feel lucky that this is the part I will get to keep after graduation, because the people were the best part of the experience.

What is your favorite memory of being a student-athlete at Temple? The second half of the Villanova game this year. There was a lot of excitement and we accomplished a lot as a team that we had not been able to in the past. It was a proud half to unknowingly end my career on.

If you could give advice to your freshman year self, what would it be?
Dear freshman Maryn,
This will not make sense to you now but you need to follow these orders. Become a science major and convince the department to do research for a vaccine called coronavirus. If you can find the cure you will save the world and save your senior season. If you fail many people will die and you will have your senior season cut off abruptly without warning. Best of luck.
-Future Maryn

Where do you see yourself in five years? Living in a tiny house with a JD and a job in public interest law.

Thank you to everyone who supported me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and everyone who was rooting for me to succeed.Maryn Lowell, Temple Lacrosse Class of 2020
