"I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Temple Athletics and am excited to get to work on ensuring a great ticketing experience for our fans," said Ziegler.
Ziegler spent the past year as a client support and technology specialist for Ticketmaster, where he gained invaluable experience working on high-end events including the College Football Playoff. Prior to that he served two years as the assistant director of ticket operations at UCF (2016-18). At UCF, he helped increase the Knights season ticket renewals while overseeing the box office financials.Â
