Men's Basketball Game at SMU Moved to Jan. 11

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple men's basketball American Athletic Conference game at SMU scheduled for January 10 has been moved to January 11. Tip time will be 3 pm ET. The game will be televised by ESPN+ and broadcast on 1210 AM WPHT.
The date change was made to provide Temple an additional day to prepare for the contest as the Owls men's basketball program is currently paused due to a positive Covid case among its Tier 1 personnel.
SMU (6-1, 2-1 AAC), which hosts Cincinnati tonight, was the last opponent Temple (1-2, 0-2 AAC) faced before the Owls' current pause began on Jan. 1. The Mustangs defeated the Owls, 79-71, at the Liacouras Center on Dec. 30.
