Owlsports.com caught up with Graves, as she finishes her final semester at Temple.

In the book of your life, what’s the title of the Temple chapter?  ALL IN

What’s the best part about being a member of the women's basketball team at Temple/what will you miss the most?   The best part about being a member of the women’s basketball team at Temple is being a part of a family away from home and having an inspirational platform. I will miss competing in the American Athletic Conference and team bonding.

Graves Senior Day

What is your favorite memory of being a student-athlete at Temple?  My favorite memory of being a student-athlete is senior night. Since COVID was a challenging year, seeing my mother in the stands for the first time all season was special to me.

If you could give advice to your freshman year self, what would it be?  I would tell myself to live in the moment. Cherish everything that the student-athlete life has to offer. I would tell myself to take advantage of every opportunity, whether it is getting in the gym more, utilizing the career development center… Just soak up all the experience and use this time to plan out what you want to do when college is over because the ball doesn’t bounce forever.

What are you future goals/plans?  My future goals/plans are to work in the business field in the DC, Maryland, Virginia areas and go from there.

Is there anything you want to say to the sport of basketball as you leave it behind?  Thank you for the opportunities. Basketball, you are the reason I was able to travel throughout the world. Thank you for the relationships I’ve built over 14 years. Lastly, thank you for lifelong memories I learned on and off the court.

I want to thank my teammates, every coach that I played for, my family, and God. My professors and classmates also helped me along my journey. I am grateful for everyone who was supportive along the way.
