Temple Rowing Announces 2022 Schedule

PHILADELPHIA -- After a successful fall season, Temple rowing head coach Rebecca Grzybowski announced the team's spring schedule for a highly anticipated return to the water. The Owls will compete against top-ranked competition as the championship season begins in March.

Temple kicks off the season on Saturday, March 12 with a scrimmage against Rutgers in New Brunswick, N.J.

Medaling season begins in March where the Owls will compete at the Doc Hosea Regatta on Sunday, March 27. The Owls will follow this race with the annual Murphy Cup Regatta, Temple's signature event, on Saturday, April 2.

The Owls will compete in the Kerr Cup, hosted by Drexel, on Saturday, April 16. Just about a week later, the team's NCAA boats plus 2V4+ will attend the Lake Wheeler Invite in Raleigh, N.C. from April 22 to the 23.

The Owls will make the trip up Worcester, Mass. to compete at the Women's Sprints on Sunday, May 1.

Cherry and White finishes their season on the Schuylkill River with the Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta on Friday, May 14 and 15.

The American Athletic Conference Championship follows on Sunday, May 15 in Oak Ridge, Tenn., before the season closes out with the NCAA Championships from May 27 to the 28 in Sarasota, Fla.
