Men's Soccer Announces 2022 Spring Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – The Temple men's soccer team is eager to return to the pitch for a competitive spring slate. The Owls' 2022 spring schedule will feature five challenging exhibition contests against five Division I NCAA opponents, three of which will be played at the Temple Sports Complex.
"I am very excited to announce our Spring Schedule, our first since 2020!" Head coach Brian Rowland said. "This schedule will challenge our group and help prepare us for the upcoming Fall season. Our team has been working exceptionally hard, and we are extremely motivated to get back on the field. This spring is a great opportunity for us to shape our identity as well as for some of our new players to gain valuable game experience. We hope to see our alumni, students, and Temple community at TSC this Spring to support our team!"
The Owls will debut their spring schedule on Friday, March 11th when they host the Drexel Dragons. Kickoff against their Philly Soccer Six rival is set for 7:00 p.m. at TSC. The squad will then take a nine-day break from competition before traveling to Baltimore, Maryland to face the Loyola (Md.) Greyhounds on Sunday, March 20th at 3 p.m. Temple then returns to Philadelphia to play host for the NJIT Highlanders. That match will kickoff at the Temple Sports Complex at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 26th.
Six days later, the Cherry and White close out the road portion of their slate with a noon showdown at Rider. To conclude the spring season the Owls will host Philly Soccer Six foe, Saint Joseph's. The final match of the spring will take place at the TSC on April 9th at 7 p.m.
