Temple Mourns Passing of Baseball Great Don Flynn

PHILADELPHIA - All-time Temple baseball great Don Flynn, who starred for the Owls in the late 50s and was a member of Skip Wilson's coaching staff for 17 seasons, passed away on April 10. He was 83. Â

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 1500 Marian Rd. Abington, PA 19001.  The family will receive guests, at the church, on Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the mass.Â
Guests are invited to a luncheon following the service at Maggio's Restaurant, Bar & Ballroom 400 Second Street Pike Southampton, PA 18966. Â
