PHILADELPHIA – Temple University women's rowing head coach Rebecca Gryzbowski announced the addition of three new members to her staff in assistant coaches Matt Weaver, Jacob Filby and Bryanna Eichler

"I am thrilled to welcome Matt, Jacob and Bryanna to Temple and our team," Grzybowski said. "Their collective experience racing, coaching, and recruiting at the highest levels of rowing will make an immediate impact and add to our overall momentum. Their enthusiasm and belief in the speed we are building at Temple is contagious and aligns perfectly with our team culture. I'm so excited they are here, and we can't wait to get to work."

Weaver comes to Temple after a three-year stint at the University of Washington, where he served an assistant coach for the Huskies.
