SAAC Announces Executive Board for 2022-23 Academic Year

PHILADELPHIA – On Thursday, Temple University's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) announced its Executive Board for the 2022-23 academic year.
Junior Emma Nesbitt from field hockey will serve as SAAC president with rowing senior Riley Hackett named vice president. Rounding out the rest of the five-member leadership team is field hockey senior Sydney Beck (event coordinator), rowing senior Kendyll Petronick (SAMH Chair), golf sophomore Joey Morganti (Treasurer), women's track senior Sophia Gulotti (Social Engagement Coordinator), and football redshirt-sophomore Wisdom Quarshie (DEI Chair).

The purpose of the advisory committee is to provide advice and guidance to athletic administrators, solicit student-athlete response to proposed NCAA legislation, suggest potential NCAA legislation, create a vehicle for student athlete representation on campus-wide or conference-wide committees, and act as a liaison between student-athletes, faculty, administrators, and staff.
