Stasinos to Represent Greece at U23 World Championships

PHILADELPHIA - Rising junior Dimitrios Stasinos of the men's crew team has been selected to represent Greece at the 2023 World Rowing U23 Championships.
Stasinos will compete in the men's pair race with partner Zisis Boukouvalas. Stasinos is no stranger to World Rowing competition, racing in the 2018 and 2019 World Rowing Junior Championships. He finished sixth in the 2018 Junior Men's Quadruple Sculls and finished first in the 2019 Junior Men's Double Sculls.
The Keratsini, Greece native entered the lineup in Temple's nationally-ranked Varsity 8 boat this year, competing in three races to close out the regular season and earning two third place finishes.
The 2023 World Rowing Under 23 Championships will take place from 19 to 23 July in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with more than 750 rowers from 51 countries participating in the event. Live race tracker, live streaming, results, race reports, photo gallery and live blog will be available throughout the regatta on www.worldrowing.com, as well as updates on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Live video streaming will be available on worldrowing.com for the A-Finals on Saturday and Sunday.
