UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Concluding the first day of play at the Sarni Tennis Center, Temple men's tennis (1-2) fell to the University of Toledo (4-3), 5-2. The Owls kept the scores close throughout each match of the day.

NOTES:

Henrique Petiz/Pranav Nemani completed their doubles battle with a 6-6 draw. Despite losses from the first and third position, Dante Russo/Paul Hannack and Adam Kresina/Martim Marujo played very competitive matches, only falling short by one and two points.
From the fourth and six position, Erden Er and Aayush Bhat earned two points for the Cherry and White. This marks Er's second and Bhat's first solo wins.
