Temple Football Adds Five to Roster on Early Signing Period
12.4.24 | Football
PHILADELPHIA - The Temple Owls signed their initial recruiting class under newly hired head coach K.C. Keeler today adding five student-athletes to the roster.
Â
Keeler was named the Temple head coach earlier this week (on December 1, 2024), and was just formally introduced at a press conference yesterday.
Â
"Signing day is always a big event in a college football player's life and I'm so happy that Camren, Rameir, Ryder, Jamarcus, anad De'Carlos have agreed to play football here at Temple University," said Keeler. "I had a chance to watch their film over the last few days and I 'm really excited that they will help us elevate the talent on our roster.
Â
"It was really important that we, as a football program, followed through with a scholarship for these young men to come to Temple to play football and get a great education. They held true in their commitment not just to the prior coaching staff but to Temple University. I had a chance to speak with each of them today, and I look forward to getting to know each one of them better as time goes on. As part of my first recruiting class here at Temple, we will be forever linked."
Â
Keeler will continue building his initial recruiting class adding additional players through the transfer portal and high schools by National Signing Day on February 5, 2025.
