Temple Women’s Track & Field Announces 2024-25 Indoor Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – Temple head coach Elvis Forde announced the women's track & field indoor schedule for the 2024-25 season. The Owls will participate in six regular-season meets, then the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Alabama, hosted by UAB.
Four of the team's events will take place in Pennsylvania, including three at the Ott Center in South Philadelphia. Temple will kick off the season locally at the UPenn Open on December 6th. After a four-week break, the Owls will return to competition at the Penn Select meet on January 11th. The team will then head back to the Ott Center for the Quaker Invitational on January 17th.
Following a brief break, Temple will travel to New York City for the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge at the New York Armory on January 24th. The Owls will take another week off before competing in the Showdown at The Heights at The Track New Balance in Boston on February 7th.
Temple will remain close to home for the Widener Indoor Classic on February 14th hosted at the Ott Center, before entering their postseason run with the AAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in Birmingham from February 28th to March 1st.
The season will wrap up with the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, held March 14th-15th in Virginia Beach, VA.
