Temple Has Two Players on Phil Steele’s All-AAC Team

PHILADELPHIA – Phil Steele released his annual preseason All-America Athletic Conference teams which included two Temple Football players. Making the publication's All-AAC teams are Tra Thomas, and Dante Wright.
Both Thomas and Wright earned fourth team recognition, and both have previously been named to Athlon Sports 2024 preseason All-AAC teams.
Wright, a Navarre, Fla., native, transferred to Temple in 2023 and was the team's leading wideout with 39 catches for 507 yards and four touchdowns. Thomas, a Millersville, Md., native, returned from a 2022 injury and played in all 12 games in 2023, including nine starts. He notched a career-best 3.0 sacks to go with 30 tackles and 5.0 TFLs.
