Temple's Varsity Eight Competes at Princeton Three-Mile Chase

PRINCETON, N.J. - The varsity eight boat for the Temple University men's crew team secured 11th place overall and defeated a pair of Philadelphia schools at the Princeton Three-Mile Chase Sunday.
The Owls turned in a time of 12:58.566, picking up victories over top boats from Drexel and Saint Joseph's. A total of 46 boats entered the competition that concludes the outside competition portion of Temple's fall schedule.
The Head of the Floody intrasquad event is set for Saturday, November 15th on the Schuylkill River.
