Megan White Named EAGL Specialist of the Week

PHILADELPHIA – Temple gymnastics sophomore Megan White has been named East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Specialist of the Week after her standout performance this past weekend against No. 8 Kentucky.
The sophomore from Hollis, N.H. competed in two events against Kentucky, securing at least sixth place in both. She finished sixth on bars with a score of 9.775, going up against a Wildcats team ranked 11th in the country on the apparatus.
White finished tied for fourth on the balance beam with a score of 9.800. This score tied a career-high for White, contributing to the overall beam score of 48.625.
UP NEXT
Temple will return to McGonigle Hall Friday, February 21 at 6:00 PM for a dual meet with Bowling Green. This will be the team's Senior Day.
