Temple Inks Bowling Green Transfer Jamai Felt

PHILADELPHIA – Temple University men's basketball head coach Adam Fisher announced the signing of Bowling Green transfer Jamai Felt to the 2025-26 roster. Felt, a 6-foot-10 forward from Boston, will have three years of eligibility remaining.

After redshirting his first collegiate season and missing his second due to injury, Felt started 24 games for the Falcons during the 2024-25 campaign and made an immediate impact, earning a spot on the Mid-American Conference (MAC) All-Freshman Team.

"We're thrilled to welcome Jamai Felt and his family to Temple," said Fisher. "Jamai brings size, athleticism and a defensive presence that will elevate our frontcourt. His ability to protect the rim on the defensive end was something we felt would be a major addition to our program."

Felt averaged 5.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game as a redshirt freshman. He led Bowling Green with a 64.2 field-goal percentage and topped the MAC in total blocks (46), a mark that ranks ninth in a single season in program history. He also ranked second in the MAC in double-doubles and eighth in total rebounds.

"I chose Temple because of its strong legacy, great fan base and the family atmosphere within the program," said Felt. "I'm excited to show what I can do on the court while also growing as a person off the court. I'm ready to give my all for the city, the fans and the Temple community."

Felt scored in double figures in six games, including a season-high 15 points at Miami (Ohio). He recorded 10 or more rebounds in eight contests, highlighted by a pair of 12-rebound performances against New Mexico State and Toledo.

As a senior at Our Savior Lutheran in Boston, Felt led the Falcons to a program-best 29-6 record. The team captain averaged 22 points, 15 rebounds and four blocks per game.

Felt joins incoming freshman Cam Wallace (Philadelphia, Pa./Westtown) as newcomers on the 2025-26 roster.
