Temple Women’s Tennis Announces 2026 Spring Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – Temple Director of Tennis Jeff Brandes announced the Temple women's tennis 2026 spring schedule on Wednesday. The Owls are set to compete in a 20-match slate beginning in mid-January.
Temple opens the season on the road, traveling to Richmond, Virginia, for a pair of matches against Northwestern on Jan. 17 and VCU on Jan. 18. The Owls will continue their early-season road stretch with matches at West Virginia (Jan. 31) and Cleveland State (Feb. 1) in Morgantown, followed by visits to Fordham (Feb. 6), Bucknell (Feb. 8), and Lehigh (Feb. 18).
The Cherry and White return home for the first time on Feb. 21 against Morgan State before heading back on the road to face North Carolina A&T (Mar. 2) and Sacred Heart (Mar. 3). Temple will then travel to Barry on Mar. 6.
Temple returns to Philadelphia for a mid-March homestand against Norfolk State on Mar. 19 before closing the road portion of its Ivy League matchups at Penn on Mar. 21.
The Owls will finish the regular season with six of their final seven matches at home. That stretch begins with a home match against Saint Joseph's on Mar. 25, followed by a weekend slate versus Howard (Mar. 28) and Villanova (Mar. 29), and a midweek matchup against Delaware on Mar. 31.
April play opens with Temple's final road match of the season at NJIT on April 3. The Owls will close the regular season at home against Drexel (April 5) and Fairleigh Dickinson (April 9). Temple will conclude the season at the American Conference Tournament, scheduled for April 16–19.
